Grammy Award winning Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov has enjoyed a spectacular ascent as a solo artist, champion of the concerto repertoire, chamber and vocal collaborator, and composer. Winner of the International Chopin Piano Competition, the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, and numerous prizes at the International Tchaikovsky Competition in the span of only two years, as well as Musical America’s 2019 Artist of the Year award have made him one of the most sought-after artists of his generation. Combining consummate technique with rare sensitivity and depth, his performances are a perpetual source of awe. “He has everything and more ... tenderness and also the demonic element. I never heard anything like that,” marveled pianist Martha Argerich.

Performances will be 75 minutes and there will be no intermission. Please check the “Concert Protocols” page before attending for the most up-to-date protocols.
