Musicologists Lewis Lockwood and Mark Ferraguto, and AMFS President and CEO Alan Fletcher, explore the differences between Beethoven as a historical figure, and Beethoven as an avatar of freedom and progress. Joseph Pfender moderates. There will be the opportunity for audience questions through the chat function.
