P.A.L.S. Application Instructions
P.A.L.S. Program 2017
Thank you for your interest in the Aspen Music Festival and School's P.A.L.S. program.
We look forward to reviewing your application and hopefully to making music with you soon!
Starting an Application
To apply for the AMFS’s 2017 P.A.L.S. Program:
STEP 1: After reading these instructions carefully, click on the "Start My Application" button below.
STEP 2: Create an AMFS account OR log in to an existing account;
New Account:
- Create an account as a first-time user to start a new P.A.L.S. application.
- IMPORTANT! Be sure to create the account with the STUDENT’S first name, last name, and birth date, NOT the parent’s.
- Once logged in and at the “Application Management” page, click on “Start New Application” at the bottom of the page (just above the teal/green bar)
- Select an application type: “2017 P.A.L.S.” IMPORTANT! Be sure to create an application for "2017 P.A.L.S." and not "2017 AMFS" or "2017 AfterWorks."
Existing Account:
- If you already have an AMFS account (through applying for the 2016 P.A.L.S. program or through applying for a 2016-2017 AfterWorks program), please log in using your existing account information to create NEW application for P.A.L.S.
- Once logged in and at the “Application Management” page, click on “Start New Application” at the bottom of the page (just above the teal/green bar)
- Select an application type: “2017 P.A.L.S.” IMPORTANT! Be sure to create an application for "2017 P.A.L.S." and not "2017 AMFS" or "2017 AfterWorks."
STEP 3: Complete application.
- Parents: Applying for multiple children or twins? Read below for IMPORTANT information!
Applying for multiple children or twins?
IMPORTANT! PARENTS: IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR MORE THAN ONE CHILD:
Follow steps 1, 2, and 3 above to create an AMFS account (or log in to your existing account) and complete an application for your first child.
After completing one application, create an application for your next child by first logging out of the application system within your first child's account by simply closing AND QUITTING your browser.
Then, go to the P.A.L.S. start page, and start from the very beginning.
Begin the process again:
- Click on the "Start My Application" button below.
- Do NOT log in using your existing account.
- Create an account, as a first-time user, to start a new application. If you are taken to the login page, look below the login button: “Click HERE to create a new account.”
- You can use the same email address you used for your first child’s account, but enter your second child’s first name, last name, and birthdate to link the account directly to the second child and not to the first.
IMPORTANT! PARENTS: IF YOU HAVE TWINS WHO ARE BOTH APPLYING FOR P.A.L.S.:
Follow Steps 1, 2, and 3 above to create an AMFS account (or log in to your existing account) and complete an application for your first twin.
After completing one application, create an application for your next twin by first logging out of the application system within your first twin's account by simply closing AND QUITTING your browser.
Then, go to the P.A.L.S. start page, and start from the very beginning.
Begin the process again:
- Click on the "Start My Application" button below.
- Do NOT log in using your existing account.
- Create an account, as a first-time user, to start a new application. If you are taken to the login page, look below the login button: “Click HERE to create a new account.”
- YOU MUST USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS than you used for your first twin’s account. Then enter your second twin’s name and birthdate to link the account directly to the second twin and not to the first.
- Triplets or quads or more (oh my!)? Repeat as needed from the beginning of the twin instructions.
