Misty Bermudez

Misty has captivated critics and audiences alike with her “ravishing” voice and her and “compelling” concert performances (Miami Herald, Palm Beach Arts Paper). Misty has sung with professional chamber ensembles around the country, including The Oregon Bach Festival, The Santa Fe Desert Chorale, Spire Chamber Ensemble, Conspirare, and Yale Choral Artists, and as a soloist, she has appeared with the San Antonio Symphony, the Master Choral of South Florida, the Southwest Florida Symphony, the New World Symphony, the Back Bay Chorale in Boston, and Opera Naples. Misty is on the Voice Faculty of Miami Dade College and New World School of the Arts, Miami’s prestigious visual and performing arts magnet, and she also maintains an active private voice studio. She makes her home in South Miami with her husband, guitartist and composer Alvaro Bermudez, and their two children.
