Passes
Information regarding Seasons and Locals Pass for summer 2026 to be announced.
Refunds, Exchanges, Returns
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Should a performance be cancelled or postponed by AMFS due to unforeseen circumstances, the box office will contact all ticketholders via email with a choice of ticketing options. Artist and repertoire changes are subject to change and refunds will not be issued. If you cannot attend an event, you may return your ticket by calling our Ticket Return Line at (970) 205 5005 and leaving a detailed message prior to the event.
AMFS does not offer ticket exchanges for another performance or seat exchanges within an event. All ticket sales are final. In the case of an unforeseen health issue prohibiting access to previously purchased seats, patrons may contact the box office to discuss alternative access and ticket options.
If you cannot attend an event and would like to turn back your tickets, you may return your tickets to free up seats for others to purchase. Please call our ticket return line at (970) 205 5005 no less than 1 hour prior to the event and leave a message containing your name, event date and time, and the tickets you would like to return. Tickets returned after this event time are not accepted.
Accessibility
The AMFS is committed to providing guests with an enjoyable experience, with equal opportunities to enjoy our performances. Wheelchair and companion seats are available online and through the box office for all price levels of our reserved seating events at the Klein Music Tent, Harris Concert Hall, and orchestra level of the Wheeler Opera House. Seats located in the balcony of the Wheeler Opera House are not accessible via elevator and all patrons must take the stairs to access these seats.
Third-Party Sites
Only tickets purchased directly through aspenmusicfestival.com are verified and guaranteed for entry to events at the Klein Music Tent, Harris Concert Hall, and other venues utilizing ticketing through aspenmusicfestival.com. Tickets purchased through resellers or third-party platforms may not be valid and could result in denied entry. If you purchase from a third-party site and your tickets to not scan in our system, you will not be allowed entry, nor will the original purchaser(s) be eligible for a refund. The AMFS does not have any affiliation with any third-party resale sites and are therefore unable to give specific guidance regarding your tickets or verify legitimacy of your tickets. For assistance with a purchase not directly made through aspenmusicfestival.com, please contact your original point of sale.
Seating Charts
Child Tickets
The AMFS offers $10 child tickets for most regular events for children aged 4-18. Certain exclusions apply.
Children’s tickets are not available online and must be purchased through the box office staff.
Group Tickets
The AMFS offers a 20% discount for groups of 20 or more booked more than 2 weeks in advance for tickets to the Summer Festival season. Please contact the box office for more information. Some restrictions may apply.
Military and Senior Discounts
AMFS does not offer discounts for veterans, military, seniors, or students over 18.
Gift Cards
The AMFS does not offer gift cards.
Volunteer Coupons
Volunteer coupons are valid for the year earned and the following year.
Volunteer coupons may be redeemed for a free ticket in person at the box office the day of the desired performance. A $15 fee applies to any coupon redeemed for a ticket in advance of the day of the performance.
Coupons are not valid for Peak and Starlight series, Collaborations, Operas, Benefits, House Musics, Artist Dinners, films, or other events as specified. Other terms and exclusions may apply. No Cash Value.
Terms and Conditions
- Ticket exchanges and returns: No refunds or exchanges. If you cannot make it to a performance, please return your tickets to the box office before the start of the event to allow others to enjoy the concert. Please call (970) 205 5005 if you have any questions.
- Food/Beverages: No food or drinks other than bottled water or beverages contained in approved AMFS drinkware are allowed in the concert venues. Beverages contained in approved AMFS drinkware are only permitted in the Klein Music Tent.
- Photography: No photography or recording are allowed in the concert venues during the performances.
- Late arrivals will be seated based on each concert’s late seating policy, as defined by the artist or artists.
- All artists, programming, concert times, and protocols are subject to change.
