Leona Cheung is a collaborative pianist based in Boston. She is highly sought after and performs internationally as a concert pianist, choral pianist, and répétiteur. Cheung is renowned for her exceptional musical leadership and responsiveness while collaborating with conductors and singers. She has accompanied esteemed music organizations such as the GRAMMY-nominated Seraphic Fire, Handel and Haydn Society, Tanglewood Festival Chorus, White Snake Projects, Boston Children's Chorus, and Boston Choral Ensembles. Additionally, she serves as a staff pianist at the New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory, and Northeastern University. Cheung's profound dedication to the art song repertoire has led her to participate in prestigious festivals including the Oxford Lieder Festuval, Leeds Lieder Festival, Toronto Summer Music Festival, Franz Schubert Institut, and Songfest. Through these experiences, she has had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed artists and scholars from the United States and Europe.
