AMFS Hurst Chair's Circle Seat Reservations and Ticket Benefits | 2026
Donor Benefit:
Hurst Chair’s Circle donors may choose their two reserved seats for the season. Benefits events and some series are ticketed separately and require response by June 15 to buy your same seats. Please see below for full details.
Donor Pre-Sale 2026:
Hurst Chair Circle donors have access to an exclusive Donor Pre-Sale starting Monday, April 6 at 12 pm MT. It is exclusive to HCC and Silver Associate donors only April 6 from 12 pm to 2 pm MT. The Pre-Sale continues by phone only, 12 pm-4 pm MT, April 6-10 and April 13, and you may also call any of those days for service.
During the Pre-Sale, you may purchase Benefit, House Music, Artist Dinner, and Starlight Event tickets before other donors or the general public.
The box office phone number is 970-925-9042. You may also email hcc@aspenmusic.org for service. As an HCC donor, you may press #1 for priority service when you call.
Seat Reservations:
- All HCC donors may reserve, for the summer season, any two seats not already claimed by another HCC donor.
Complimentary Tickets:
- HCC members who receive benefits are entitled to two complimentary tickets to all Festival events, except:
- Starlight Events (formerly “Special Events"):
- July 13 or July 14: Guys and Dolls, a collaboration with Theatre Aspen, Klein Music Tent
- July 20: The Science of Music—Music and AI, Harris Concert Hall
- July 25: Pianist Emanuel Ax Plays Mozart, Harris Concert Hall
- July 29: Yuja Wang with Latin Fusion Superband People of Earth, Harris Concert Hall
- For these four events, reserved HCC seating will be held for purchase through June 15 and released to the public thereafter.
- Benefit events, including the Opera Benefit, Season Benefit, and Artist Dinners
- House Musics
- Select VIP After-Parties
- For the listed exceptions above, HCC donors must purchase tickets.
- HCC donors DO receive complimentary tickets to Peak Events and they will be included for opt in or opt out in the regular weekly emails.
How to Claim Your Donor Tickets:
- Each Wednesday, HCC donors will receive an email with a simple ticket form for the following week’s concerts (Monday–Sunday).
- Please complete the form by Friday at noon to let us know whether or not you plan to attend. If we do not receive your response by Friday at noon, your seats and tickets will be released to other patrons.
- If you later decide to attend a concert after releasing your seats, the box office will assist you with the best available tickets.
- Tickets may be sent via email or held at will call.
- We encourage you to release seats as soon as possible for any concerts you do not plan to attend so we may accommodate additional concertgoers.
Additional Tickets:
- Additional tickets for HCC donors beyond their two are available for purchase online or by contacting the box office.
HCC ticketing cannot be accessed online due to the nature of holding seats away from public access. However, HCCs can view past ticketing in their online account and reprint tickets from their account (DESKTOP INTERFACE ONLY). Etickets cannot be resent from the interface.
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions, or if there is anything we can do to ensure an excellent experience for you this summer. Any of the following staff members are ready to assist you:
- Box Office Team at HCC@aspenmusic.org or 970-925-9042 (As an HCC donor, you may press #1 for priority service when you call.)
- Bonnie Shappell, Director of Ticket Services, 970-205-5025
- Austin Stewart, Vice President for Advancement, 970-205-5060
- Lenor Leeds, Associate Vice President for Advancement, 970-205-5062
