Aspen Music Festival and School Partners with The Cleveland Orchestra to Offer Free Access to Adella Platform
Aspen, CO — The Aspen Music Festival and School and The Cleveland Orchestra are proud to announce a new initiative granting Aspen students free access to Adella, the Orchestra’s digital streaming service. This collaboration offers young musicians the opportunity to explore high-quality orchestral performances, educational content, and exclusive behind-the-scenes features, further enriching their summer study experience in Aspen.

“We are excited to share Adella with the next generation of musicians studying at the Aspen Music Festival,” said André Gremillet, President & CEO of The Cleveland Orchestra. “At the core of our mission is a commitment to young people, so it is particularly meaningful for us to share our work in ways that are both accessible and inspiring to young musicians worldwide. We hope Adella becomes a valuable source of learning and inspiration for Aspen students as they continue to grow in their craft.”
“This partnership with The Cleveland Orchestra reflects our shared commitment to nurturing the next generation of musicians. Through Adella, our students gain access to exceptional performances and behind-the-scenes insights that complement their intensive summer study in Aspen. We’re thrilled that, through their affiliation with the Aspen Music Festival and School, students can access this outstanding resource—at no cost—through 2025,” said Azusa Chapman, Aspen Music Festival and School Vice President and Dean of Students.
Adella launched in 2020 and is named after the Orchestra’s pioneering founder, Adella Prentiss Hughes. It delivers an array of world-class programming, including full-length concert videos, insightful commentary from Music Director Franz Welser-Möst, artist interviews, and archival footage.
Access to Adella is now available to all enrolled students of AMFS for 2025.
