Jin Jeong | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration
University of Texas Austin, Butler School of Music
Jin Jeong is a South Korean-born pianist recognized for his expressive artistry and technical clarity. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at The University of Texas at Austin, studying with Andrew Brownell. He earned his Master of Music at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, where he studied with Pavel Nersessian and Alessio Bax, and his Bachelor’s degree from Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea. Jin attended Aspen Music Festival and School in 2025 and returns in 2026 as Collaborative Pianist.

Haeun Grace Jung | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

HaEun Jung has performed in the US, Korea, Spain, and Italy, appearing as a soloist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, KNN Orchestra, and Sunhwa Orchestra. She has given recitals at major venues including Boston Symphony Hall, Weill Recital Hall, Van Cliburn Concert Hall, Seattle Opera, and Seoul Arts Center. An active collaborative pianist, she worked with instrumentalists and vocalists in recitals and festivals internationally. A prizewinner of the NSAL Competition and the NEC-Tufts Competition, she studied at Seoul National University and the New England Conservatory and is currently pursuing a DM at Indiana University with Arnaldo Cohen and Anne Epperson.

Jeongmin Oak | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

Jeongmin Oak is an emerging collaborative pianist from South Korea whose artistry reflects both sensitivity and versatility. She has earned degrees from Eastman School of Music under Dr. Andrew Harley, and Seoul National University under Professor Minjung Lee. She just completed the McGill-UdeM Piano-Vocal Arts Residency in Montréal, where she studied with Professor Michael McMahon and Francis Perron. Her performances have been featured at prestigious venues, including WQXR Radio and the Richard Bradshaw Amphitheatre at the Canadian Opera, with renowned singers, such as Julie Boulianne and Taylor Duncan. She was also a 2025 participant at Aspen Music Festival and School.

Seungkyu Oh | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

Seungkyu Oh is a collaborative pianist and solo performer currently pursuing the Doctor of Music in Piano Performance at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University, under Professor Arnaldo Cohen. A prizewinner of the NOLA ChamberFest and the National Society of Arts and Letters Competition, he has appeared at the Seoul Arts Center, Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, and international chamber music festivals in the United States and Europe. He collaborates extensively with vocalists and instrumentalists in recital, competition, and festival settings, and currently serves on the faculty of the Young Pianist Program at Indiana University.

Anna Sunmin Park | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

Anna Sunmin Park (Seoul, South Korea) is a collaborative pianist with a deep interest in Art Song. Winner of the Jessie Kneisel Lieder Competition, Anna was a finalist in the Federation of Art Song Competition with soprano Isabel Merat. In Fall 2026, she will join the Brooklyn Art Song Society Young Artist Program. Recent festivals include the Schubert Institute in Vienna and the Bowdoin International Music Festival. Anna has worked in masterclasses with Elly Ameling, Helmut Deutsch, Roger Vignoles, Graham Johnson, and Dawn Upshaw. Anna studies collaborative piano at the New England Conservatory with Professor Cameron Stowe.

William Shi | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

William Shi is the inaugural winner of the Australian Music Foundation’s Richard Bonynge Award, the first award created by the AMF for a collaborative pianist. His U.S. collaborative performances have been broadcast on Performance Today, WCRB, and WXXI Classical after engagements at Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Ozawa Hall, in addition to international appearances at the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, Brahmshaus, and Szabelski’s Hall. Shi is a four-time recipient of Eastman’s Excellence in Accompanying Award in addition to the Jean Barr Award in Accompanying. He currently serves as Lecturer of Collaborative Piano at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Aleksandr Tiumentsev | Instrumental and Vocal Collaboration

Aleksandr Tiumentsev (b. 1997, Kamyzyak, Russia) is a pianist and pedagogue trained at the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, where he graduated in 2023 and later served as an Assistant. A laureate of international competitions, including the Rome International Chopin Piano Competition and the Igor Stravinsky International Competition, he has performed in major Russian venues and abroad in Europe and China. From 2023 to 2025, he taught chamber music at the Academic Music College of the Moscow Conservatory and worked as a collaborative pianist at the Central Music School. Since 2025, he has pursued a Master’s degree in Chamber Music at Tianjin Juilliard School.

Wenhao He is a collaborative pianist and opera coach admitted to the Opera Coaching Program at the Aspen Music Festival and School for Summer 2026. He is pursuing a Master of Music in Collaborative Piano at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (expected 2027), after earning a Master’s degree in the same field from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music. From 2016 to 2022, he served as an adjunct collaborative piano faculty member at the Sichuan Conservatory’s Opera Department. He has worked as an official pianist and coach for major competitions and concerts in China.

Hong Ziyi is a collaborative pianist pursuing a Professional Performance Diploma in Collaborative Piano at Manhattan School of Music under Professor Kenneth Merrill. She holds a Master's degree from MSM and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Since 2019, she has served as Collaborative Pianist and Office Manager at iSING! International Festival. She has participated in productions such as L’elisir d’amore, Die Zauberflöte, La Bohème, Il barbiere di Siviglia, TEA: A Mirror of Soul, La Périchole, Hideaki Hirai’s Byakko, Raymond Luedeke’s The Lady from the Sea and Ned Rorem's Evidence of Things Not Seen.

She studies collaborative piano at the Manhattan School of Music, where she works extensively with singers in opera productions, diction classes, and vocal repertoire. An active collaborator in recitals, masterclasses, and auditions, she is particularly dedicated to the art of vocal partnership and operatic coaching. In summer 2026, she joins the Aspen Music Festival and School as an Opera Coach Fellow.

Michał Skowronek is a Polish pianist and coach currently in the Lindemann Young Artist Development Program at the Metropolitan Opera. He studied piano at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław before continuing his studies in collaborative piano at the Juilliard School with Brian Zeger as a Kovner Fellow. His interest in opera began at the Opera Academy of the Polish National Opera in Warsaw. An avid recitalist and concert artist, he has collaborated on projects including The Juilliard Pride Songbook, Carnegie Hall performances, the Juilliard Honors Recital, Polish National Opera and Wrocław Opera.

Samuel Ka-Ming Leung | Orchestral Collaboration

Samuel Ka-Ming Leung is delighted to return to AMFS for the third time consecutively since 2024 as an orchestral keyboard fellow. He is currently a second-year doctoral student in Collaborative Piano at the Eastman School of Music, under the direction of Dr. Andrew Harley. In summer 2023, Leung was accepted into the Bowdoin International Music Festival as a Collaborative Piano Fellow studying with Prof. Pei-Shan Lee. Leung gave his debut performances at the Beijing National Centre for the Performing Arts Concert Hall, the Taipei National Concert Hall, and the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall in 2018 with the Asian Youth Orchestra.

Shih-Man Weng | Orchestral Collaboration

Pianist Shih-Man Weng is a versatile soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral keyboardist whose performances span Asia, Europe, and the United States. She is currently a Piano Fellow at the New World Symphony, performing under conductors including Michael Tilson Thomas, Robert Spano, Nathalie Stutzmann, Stéphane Denève, Leonard Slatkin, and Xian Zhang. She also appears regularly with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as a keyboardist and recently performed in its 2025 Beethoven Project finale. Recent highlights include appearances with the Nashville Symphony, her solo debut at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, and chamber collaborations with the Sphinx Symphony Orchestra and distinguished artists.
